Converts Google Earth models into VRML, Ogre Mesh or Emma formats.

Quick startup:

1 ) Get Google Sketchup.

2 ) Create model or "download model" from Google 3D Warehouse.

3 ) Export into Google Earth format ( e.g. box.kmz )

4 ) Change extension to .zip and unzip the file ( e.g. box.kml )

5 - a ) "KmlConvert.exe box.kml box.wrl" to convert the model to VRML.

5 - b ) "KmlConvert.exe box.kml box.mesh.xml" to convert to Ogre mesh xml.

 

KML Converter is available under the LGPL. You can send patches to be integrated into the source base through SourceForge.
